Here it is Merry xmas - everybody's having fun
Look to the future now - it's only just begun!”Couldn’t have said it any better, merry x from per g

Great thing, thanks Per :)
Do I recognize some lyrics that were also used in the Stars demo here?

Thanks Per for giving away such a nice demo like this!
It would fit perfectly as a hidden track for Party Crasher

Thanx a lot Per!!! :) Nice mix of songs...
Blondie “Call Me”
and
the verse from a “Stars” demo.
I like it! :)

Per have some very strange out-take / b-side songs which you have to love. Happy Together, Entering Your Heart, Weight Of The World, The Sweet Halo..., The Voice, Crazy About You etc. So many (cca 20-30) great songs, this could be very nice and very useful compilation after 154 Hits albums. Liberty is one of those little nice forgotten songs which shows you another dimension of Per’s songwriting. Not typical Gessle, strange but very nice song.
BTW now we know how the Stars story begins.
Thank you Per. Every your new forgotten song is welcome.

Awesome! :-)
Since it’s a demo from ’95, does this mean it was a potential recording for Roxette, or is it purely a PG track?

I like it, but I can see why Belinda Carlisle wasn’t keen. It wouldn’t have suited her. Always Breaking My Heart was much better for her

Thanks for the song, interesting is the fact that “Liberty” was recorded (and maybe composed as well) in between the Beijing and Moscow concerts. It’s good to refresh our winamps with songs out of “Party Crasher”.
P.S. Dear Per, just for your information only, we’re celebrating Saint Nicholas right now, gifts coming also along with it, and therefore we do expect and CLAIM our real X-mas demo as well !
Day & night-watcher fans deserve it, don’t you think?

See you next year? Is this all for this year? Come on Per, you have JUST released a new album...some more promotion, at least in Sweden, would be a good a idea. I can´t understand...but hey, it´s your bussines...

It is nice song, easily can be a roxette song with some work on it. the era of Don’t Believe in Accidents, when per experimented with his keyboards

Thank you Per and Merry Christmas to you, to TDR and to all readers! Actually I think the song could fit Belinda very well. I can only wonder why it didn’t appear on Rox albums, I think it could have been great with good production…
