Robert Palmer Dies, Aged 54

ROBERT Palmer has died of a heart attack in Paris, aged 54.

The singer-songwriter, whose best-known song was the 1986 hit Addicted To Love, achieved iconic status with his videos which featured a backing band of glamorous mini-skirted models.

I haven’t read anything about it, but I’m so sorry. I liked his songs, specially Adicted to love and Simply irresistible. I also remember when he was part of Power Station, with some Duran Duran members. They had good songs.

It’s so sad when the stars you grown up with begin to die :-(

Such a surprise. I caught it on CNN earlier. :(

Yes I heard that yesterday morning which I think was when it happened. He was very young and I feel sorry for his family and fans. I never liked his music though. He’d get on my nerves. Oh well may his soul rest in peace.

RIP, that is very bad news
