anyone can tell me another way to perform a payment from a person to another in different countries besides Paypal???
I want to use a Mastercard to pay another person for some cassettes through the internet..... I live in Lebanon, in Paypal they don’t accept members from Lebanon.....
anyone can help me??

It doesn’t matter what are the rules in Lebanon, you can tell me a way to pay money through the internet and using a Mastercard that is NOT Paypal........
or just tell me if there is an inexpensive way of sending cash by mail...... I’ll see if it applies to Lebanon......

I don’t know if it’s cheap but it is secure... Western Union Money Transfer... find out if you have it in your Country... you can find a WUMT point in a bar or as an independent agency.
