Pressure from fans a factor in Marie’s decision to tour

The pressure from fans, especially the Internet petition which was even mentioned in national newspapers in Sweden, helped Marie to decide to go on tour.
She sent this message through the fanclub:
- Dear fans,
- As I have now decided to do a Swedish summer tour of my own, I wanted to thank you all for your fantastic support & energy. Your dedication played a great part in my decision to actually take the time to tour. Thank you, thank you. See you out there this summer!
