rox fans fighting over ace of base fans

In my opinion, both have achieved international success. U can’t really compared between these two acts coz roxette is influenced by pop/rock sound while AOB in a dance pop act. So, these two acts have got their own fans, and i know that there r rox fans out there that also like to hear Aob and same goes to the Aob fans. I do believe that roxette and Aob respect each other as an artist/musician/songwriter. they should be proud of making sweden on top of the world! So to all swedish people, love them coz they’ve made your country proud!!
p/s I wish that roxette or aob is from Malaysia.....

So actually “Ace Of Base” here is the strongest card :)

And what about KENT or Eskobar?? Lots of European people know all those bands .. so you can say, Sweden has a fantastic musical “industry”.
And noone knows any Austrian musician, except Mozart or Falco, and both are dead.
Would love to have such great musicians in Austria as they are existing in Sweden.

You people have obviously not heard of Andreas Johnson! I love Kent, Brainpool, The Wannadies and then more so Andreas! If u love Roxette, u’ll fall in love with Andreas too. Check out his new album Deadly Happy. Its absolutely gorgeous!!!

Oh and about Rox-AOB, in this Duthc music magazine there was an article once about Per and Jonas(?) having a BIIIG fight at the 1st MTV European Music Awards in Berlin, it said that bodyguards had to get the 2 from each other!
Never really believed that story though, but the truth is that Per did say something about AOB doing a playback performance there at a press conference....

It’s accually only Roxette, ABBA and Björn Skifs that have done that... and also a songwriter (don’t know his name) has written one of Aguileras songs that was no. 1....
But ABBA has sold 350 000 000 albums, and Rox only 40 000 000....

I read that info in a rox-review.
So if they´re friends, with not the fans? I love both bands...

but alot of people hate them because very rarely do they try to escape their abba likeness.
the sign was a white reggae album
the bridge was their best album only because the girls in the group wrote alot of the best songs on it
but by the time flowers rolled out the only songs that became hits off the disc were ones either written by other artists or prodouced by the famous clive davis wwhom by the way was the sole reason they got resigned after they put out their poorly planned greatest hits album. Then of course da capo who’s only worthwhile song unspeakable got secondbilling as a single and thusly went nowhere. the rest of the album could be chalked up as all those horrible abba songs u skippoed on their albums to get to the better songs

Before the release I was quite interested how AOB’s new album would turn out, but “Da Capo” was a major disappointment! So flat and roundwashed by douzens of different producers... I think they really lost it, the group doesn’t seem to be motivated anymore. Only real stand-out song is “Hey Darling”.
