I like them too. I hate to say it and be a part of the bandwagon here, but I actually like Evanescence’s whole CD!! It’s very consistent, every song could be a single. Definitely Euro pop goth metal, but ironically, they are from Little Rock, Arkansas, USA!!! They were also kinda tagged a Christian band as well, but they pissed off the Christian labels and stores (thank GOODNESS), cuz they cursed in an interview. Their guitar player, Brian Moody, I think that’s his name, he goes, “Yeah, we made the Christian charts, but I have no idea what the fuck we are doing there, we’re not a Christian band”, something like that. The Village Voice gave Evie a great review too, called them subversive, most excellent!! “Going Under” is a great song!!

As for the video for “Going Under” I am not sure if it is out yet or what. I haven’t seen it. Supposedly she got really goth for that vid.
I thought the vid for “Bring...” would be better kinda boring.
12 Stones (ya know, the badn that has the dood htat goes - Paul McCoy - WAKE ME UP! i CAN’T WAKE UP!) are pretty good too. A bit repetitive in the CD but not too bad.. They have a few other unknowns opening for them that sound pretty good on the stuff I downloaded. For a moment my friend and I thought we were going to get stuck in the middle of a Christian parade. Not that I have problems with Christians, but I do have a problem with preaching. ;)
