Ive been reading books since i learnt how!
i love thrillers, sci fi, mystery, comedy, romance...i guess the most important thing for me is that a book is written well.
Any other nerdy readers out there like me?

I love a good book, too. And I also like comics. But mostly I read about music - music mags, books about music, on the internet...

Hmmm.... Anything vampire related and I recently got into Sandman Comics... WOW.. that is all I have to say.

Nope... Anne Rice bores the living hell out of me.
I just have a collection of vampire novels (that is not Anne Rice unless they were given to me) since Iwas about 15 or so. And a few Encylopedias that have like everything vampire related... Movies, books.. etc.
Passed that I usually have something on the “Occult”

yeah, you really have to plod thru anne rice. “queen of the damned” for example, i kept leaving it then coming back it. this went on for months!! but i finally finished it. heh.

I really can’t sit through an Anne Rice novel... I’ve started several but they are just boring for me. The plots are excellent but her manner of writing just doesn’t do it for me.
For that matter, movie sucked too. ;) (Queen of the Damned I meant!)
There was one I read... I, Vampire by Michael Romkey (not really concidered an Adult Book but who cares) which brings in one of the Romanov’s (Russian who wasn’t killed by the Bolsheviks, but escaped and became a vampire instead.

I love JK Rowling and Astrid Lindgren. It’s amazing to know that Lindgren as actually from sweden, the same country as Roxette. Anyone like Pippi the long stocking?

At this moment the books of Wilbur Smith are my favourites.
