lets make more alive TDR lets write more topics,about anything what regards roxette,or dailyroxette already sleeps,i visit this site every day,and everything’s is dying, there can be lot of subjects what must be interesting about rox or their song. i like to say more but my English is little bit poor(sorry again)love you all!

I am a huge fan of Roxette since 1990 and I never loved something more that Marie and the Roxette music. I enjoyed so much with them and actually it could be enough, but even a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen can still expect something from him after sooooo many years. Why not with Roxette?

It´s normal, because the biggest part of fanbase were visiting this page because of Roxette and Roxette is now... quiet. Marie is also enjoying other things than music and we also have no news about Per´s workoholic plans.
Would be great if they surprised us with new Roxette album. But I would be happy also with new Marie´s or Per´s album. Something like successor of Have A Nice Day, Den standiga resan or The World According To Gessle.
I miss this great feeling when there were so many interesting news articles every week and TDR was really living web site.

But I hope you listen to other music anyway, with or without Roxette. Otherwise I find it sad.
There are many great artists out there to be discovered, just give them a chance. I love music, I couldn’t imagine life without music. But music does not only mean Per and Marie (!!!!).

yes indeed there are lot of artist whos deserving to listen and love,i m sure that everyone here has favorite artist i do as well,but it does not means at all that i’ll forget about roxette,its my childhood,its something different and even though they are not best among all singers in the world i have different feelings to them,I adore ROBERT PLANT, JIM MORRISON, and IAN GILLAN, they are much more better singers,artists than PER is,but I love more him and Marie,I cannot change anything,whatever i m gonna do or listen,at the end I’m coming back to rox songs,and hoping that would find even little article,news about M P,but no hopes yet.very very sad, but however I’m glad that I’m not the only one who feels the same.

I’d say alot of fans feel the same, just some are more vocal about it than others.
As Judith mentioned, alot of users here are now 25+yrs with different priorities in life. That’s not to say if a new album was to come out tomorrow most of the fans still here wouldn’t buy it in a second.

As interesting as that might be, some might see that as giving us the same songs again in a different package. And is it worth it in the end?
At this stage i’m happy with what they’ve done, if anything happens in the future, it’s a bonus :-)

I still a big big fan of Per and Marie and try to follow but I don’t feel the need to talk about everything everyday again. I think I have discussed everything already.....and for the fun part of it I’m more in the Runto Rox Forum...hehe..Anyway. TDR is great for their News and right now there aren’t any news so it’s a little break now until Per or Marie will say hallo to us again. (Together or solo or whatever...we will see)
After being a fan for ...eeeeeeh....??? eeeeh..almost 19 years (OH MY GOD) I got calmer but I can understand that it must be different for those fans who maybe missed a lot from Roxettes career. I missed two tours but since 1997 I had so damned much fun following them that I now just feel satisfied....sort of..well only a bit. I would of course sell my grandma to see them live again...(I don’t think that anyone is interested in buying my grandma though...*Grin*)
And than I think a big bunch of the old fan-crew sort of disappeared, got their own families and stuff. Yes we are all getting older.

When the next project comes along (I’m guessing per’s next solo project) the board will get busier again, though i still wont contribute much as I’m not that into pers solo projects. And Janubek, why do you insist on a statement about roxette’s future. I’m sure per and marie don’t know themselves if there will ever be another roxette album. I personally think it is quite unlikely, but it makes no sense to totally close the door to roxette when there is always a possibility that they will be back (although never on the scale they once were).

as for roxette coming back it is nice when thay do new material but i wouldnt be too disapointed if they didnt get back together. im happy though as my next favourite band Ace Of Base is releasing somthing soon...minus linn though...

It’s quite difficult to write about something new when nothing’s happening... How many times we can choose the favourite songs, albums or confess how much we miss new stuff.
Btw: I wish they gave us straight answer regarding their plans for the future. If it’s over why they can’t officialy admit it saying “we’re not interested of recording together, Roxette is over, thank you for this wonderful time, goodbye”.
If it’s not they could say when we can expect something new...
They still hold our hope saying “everything’s possible”, no details and do nothing... Then Per gets annoyed when people ask him about Roxette’s future... If he clarified something, he wouldn’t have to deal with so many question about it...
