Try not to get too excited Coyroy! She has talked in the past of the possibility of doing things on a smaller scale. I havent seen the interviewm but from what I’ve read above it doesnt sound like there are any definite plans for roxette, just that she thinks they will work together again at some point. For all we know this might not be for another 5 years

TV4 webiste isn’t updated yet, but I hope the interview will be available soon. I’ve read that there was a short information about Marie’s exhibition on yesterday’s evening news.

That was the best interview after “Andra chans” documentary - really presonal and, in some way, touching. Lasse asks Marie about her paintings, about her problems with health (eyes problems) and about Roxette’s future. She thinks that Roxette probably will record something, but she is not sure when it will happen and how it will sound like. She claims that she can go on tour but this time it would be much smaller thing comparing to what had happened in the past. She reads some extracts from her “Ett bord i solen” book and if you look closer you will notice that there is English version of this “poem” too!

We should take this comments very carefully. I always knew the Roxette doors were not completely closed, so this statement don’t make any difference to me. But the so-called comeback could be in 3 weeks... or 3 years from now. We don’t have a way to know. It’s better to keep the expectations not so high. Time will tell.

I’m also surprised to hear Marie speak so positively about Roxette, it just seems like every time in the past that she’s spoken about that period in her life, it was all work and stress. Of course, when you’ve worked so hard for something and it changed your whole life forever, I imagine one would long to recapture some of that at some point. It sounds like she’s getting tired of everything in her life being so calm and quiet all the time and is ready to shake things up a bit.
