have been looking at the link and have emailed them thanks. I have my symptoms on the internet several times and have a rough idea of what is wrong i think.
Its not torn ligaments or anything but i think overpronation, or stretched illotial (sp!) band due to exercise regime- 2.5hours football, 3 hours hockey per week & cycling altho i dont really think that excessive!
Been to the doctors twice- getting refered to hospital but wanted some advice about the length of time to rest. or any advice really am just fed up.

I suggest that you see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis. And then as part of physical therapy (if you need it, if you don’t still do this): Go to a massage therapist.
Since I don’t know specifically what the “aches and pains” are, I can’t tell you for certain that going to a massage therapist will help in alleviating your aches and pains.
