UK based Tribute Band

Does anyone know of a UK based Rox tribute band? A local bar are looking for some tribute bands and are welcoming suggestions from the public. Last night we had a Bon Jovi tribute, and in a couple of week there’s a Def Leppard one. Done a quick Google search, but can’t find much out.

Well, on my mac there’s a programme called GarageBand where you can use all the pre-programmed instruments on the mac to make your own stuff, and also remove vocals from music, and add your own.
COuld be a lot of fun!!
EDIT: original message did not make sense!!!

Had a little play around with it last night, and it seems to be really simple to do. Oh well, see what the weekend brings........

I just plugged a microphone into the back of the mac, and it gave me another load of options. Too be fair, I haven’t actually tried it yet, so I’m just assuming it can do it!

If you find one, refer them to the Fanism site with a recording or two. ;)

I actually went to a studio and recorded Church of Your Heart!!

Yeah, I did the same, but as Ally will say, it wasn’t a Rox song. Was that stoopid When You say Nothing At All, which by the way I hate now! So it’s I find it really annoying that I wasted that studio time singing that rubbish song!

hmmm only time i been in the studio, we recorded our own material, very late 70s punky/rocky!
should have done a gt cover, just staryed with out own stuff!
