the video always makes me chuckle but it turned off alot of non fans, they really need to re-record the song with better mix and guitars make it like an 80’s metalish song :)

I love the song, but the video is just stupid. It could’ve been so much better. The puppets make it look really cheap and tacky I think. Should’ve been like She Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.

Well, I actually didn’t think the puppets made the video tacky, I quite liked it.. but still, I agree with pwbbounce on this one, the video should have been more like She doesn’t live here anymore.. Loved Marie in that video! Such a Rock-Chick!

The thing I like the most about this video ist that one of the puppets looks like Fito Páez (a famous Argentinian singer, one of the most popular) . I have to admit that this song pops into my head almost everyday. I’ve almost driven my roommate to drink singing and playing this song.
Fave version to watch and listen to is the recording from the Barcelona Room Service Showcase - Bloody fantastic.

@ ThePopHits The puppets are the 70’s punk band called The Ramones. I guess this video is supposed to be a tribute to late Joey Ramone. I agree, they could have invested a little bit more in the video. Oh, well.... :)

I actually do not think that this video looks like a low budget video. To me it seems that they achieved exactly what they wanted. It is a different video and real fun to watch and to me it really does not look cheap or low budget at all..

@ eBay I’m sorry, I should have been a little more specific. By ’investing more’ I didn’t just mean money but more so ideas and concepts. In general, I think, the Roxette videos lack different personalities involved if you know what I mean. TCOTH video in contrary is a great example of what I’m trying to say.
