Well I think there are more CD with same titels than this two.

Some time ago there was a song calld Have a nice day, don´t know the artists name saw the video on tv.

And if I remember well, Bon Jovi is also via EMI, so that makes it even more strange.

Edit: Bon Jovi also has a song called Have A Nice Day and it is on the album with the same title.
Maybe you saw/heard this song?
