the other day I was in a store and they were playing a song I liked, I know I had heard it before, but I cannot tell what artist/band it was.. it was a guy singing.
I remember part of the chorus, it goes something like:
“there’s a crack in my mind, whenever you are near” or similar

Arrghh!! Found!!! It IS Saybia!!! I heard the lyrics wrong (in the store.. was rather loud..) it is not crack but crash.. sowwy - but now I got it *yay*

The Day After Tomorrow is kind of an old song. A huge hit 2 years ago in Norway, and probably in Denmark. Danish Saybia has the original, norwegian Kurt Nilsen did a superb cover of it. But it’s a really really good song.

First time I heard this song was 2002 when Saybia supported a-ha on their lifelines tour.

Why Kurt Nilsen did a cover of it? Well he sang the song while on Norwegian Idol, and that made Saybia’s orginal version climb the charts again. So when Kurt won, he included this on his first album, mostly because it was one of the songs he had most success with while being a contestant in Idol. Later he has also done a cover os U2’s Beautiful Day, but few has heard that version, hehe :P (kidding)

Do you know the song “come on closer” it’s not on their albums, but on their first promo EP. I found it in the net. Another non album track “just a dream” is also great
