Grammisgalan for 2500 sek for nominated artists

I´ve just read that the nominated artists have to pay sek 2500 if they want to go to the swedish Grammy awards.
Are they nuts?( Not the artists, but those who want them to pay.)
Some artists won´t be there because of that.
They have right. Not because they have no sek 2500, but they be invited if they are nominated for the awards.
What do you think?
