Recorded last week in Monaco, the 2003 World Music Awards honor the top-selling recording artists from the past year. The press site for the awards ceremony is seriously lacking, but I did find out that both Chaka Khan and George Benson will be receiving the “Legend Award” for their individual contributions to the music industry.

actually, i just checked the tv listing in my area, they are not showing it there, not sure what’s up, maybe yahoo is wrong, or maybe it’s not being shown in all parts of the US
