There is a new book in the UK called the top ten everything - and, being sad like I am - I checked for Roxette - and YES YES YES...
Roxette were the #4 Band of the 1990s!!!

BTW, in Germany Roxette is #1 act of the 90s with the most singles in the top 100, #4 by the singles in the top 10!

The UK’s chart usually goes by the Top 40 singles - so I guess this is the marker...
