Swedish People! Which is the better University?

hi,
I was wondering if you could give me a few opinions. I am considering an exchange to either Lund or Stolkholm University. Can you tell me, in your opinion, which is better and why. Obviously non swedish people who have been to either would be a great help too. Thanks, oam

PS - any stories info and comments about either would be great! :)

Stockholm university!
I study there...
Do you have any questions?

hi, yea, I am looking to study law. Just generally tell me about the social life/atmosphere?

Are there any good student clubs or societies? anything u want really

I’ve been in Södertörns Högskola, the university of Southern Stockholm, the newest and... well, if you’re interested ask what you’re interested in :D

Lund is a very very cosy town!!!

How about mechanical engineering or physics? Which university is better in those?

thanx to everyone who replied! I have the choice of either Stolkholm or Lund - no other options. IF Anyone at either of these universities can tellme anything that would be great!

I think there are great clubs and nice people here in Sthlm.
But I know 2 persons who studied in Lund and they liked it.
So it´s hard to choose....

Oh well. I gotta tell, the place where Stockholm University is (Frescati) is a very beautiful place. It’s the nicest campus I’ve ever seen. Besides they’ll invite you to have dinner in the Town Hall, in the hall where Nobel Prizes are delivered, and you’ll get to go to the Golden Hall as well, where “Fading like a Flower” was recorded.
In case you speak Swedish you’ll find the dialect from Stockholm more alike the “standard Swedish” that how they speak in Scania (Lund is in Scania). Scanian is really weird, in my opinion.
What else... Stockholm is a more beautiful city than Malmö, that is the big city you have nearby, no offence :D
I can’t tell you about the University itself, but the Student association is “shared” with all the Stockholm Universities.

@santi, thanx. Good effort. I will have to work on the whole Swedish speaking thing. If anyone can tell me about Lund in this way that would be great! oam

@Damineh - Either KTH in Stockholm or Chalmers in Göteborg...
