It is gr8 idea to make the video for COY, especially with the scenes from the movie George of the jungle :) But maybe would be better more scenes from that funny movie and also if it is possible the larger screensize... One more time thanx for the COY,
Kecho
ps: and what about for example - Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla (YBMH) or Stay (At Home, At Work, At Play) or Little Miss Sorrow ?

Hi! What do you think about doing a video for Jeffersson or Looking For Jane? A video for this songs can be a great idea, I think... Because the lyrics of this songs are about some people and you can mix images of everything, not just Roxette, understand?

Keep on Head-Drumming...

so I read somewhere, that 6 songs from Gyllene Tider’s Heartland Cafe was released in the US as “Heartland” under the name Roxette. So maybe this is why Break and other 5 songs from that album also known as Roxette songs. And on Heartland Cafe sang vocals in some songs alsom Marie...

Yes, “The Heartland Café” is indeed an album, official one. It was Gyllene Tider’s 4th, back in 1984, and includes the tracks:

“Heartland”
“Run Run Run” * (with Marie)
“Break Another Heart” * (with Marie)
“Teaser Japanese” *
“Another Place, Another Time” * (with Marie)
“Demon Emptiness”
“Dreaming” *
“When Love’s On The Phone (You Just Have To Answer)” *
“Can You Touch Me?”
“Even If It Hurts (It’s Alright)”
“Heartland Café”
“Kiss From A Stranger”
“Young Girl”
“Anytime”
“Mr. Twilight”
“Rock On”

(Being that the last 5 songs are bonus tracks included on the CD release of the album later in 1990.)

As for “Heartland”, yes, it’s as well an official release. That was a mini-LP, including 6 songs of the above (those with the *), and which was released in the USA, the same year, under the name Roxette, as an attempt for Gyllene Tider to go international.

Mmm perhaps you might enjoy having a look at http://roxette.cs.caltech.edu/ultimate/html/disco.htm for finding out more... :)

Because Heartland Café is an album from GT. They wanted to go international and used the name Roxette. Later the name Roxette was used like it is now( P&M). So, this album has nothing to do with Per and Marie as Roxette.

Exactly. This even though Marie does appear on that album (the album “The Heartland Café” from Gyllene Tider) as guest vocalist on some songs. ;) (And though those 3 songs on which she appears coincidentally are all included on the mini-LP “Heartland” released under the name Roxette.) So you may look at it this way, “Heartland” was indeed the first record on which Per and Marie coincidentally appeared under the name Roxette, even though Roxette then didn’t stand for the duo of Marie and Per, but rather it was the international name of Gyllene Tider (which is the same as saying that, even though that mini-LP “Heartland” was released under the name Roxette by then, it is in fact a record from Gyllene Tider). So, yes, “Pearls Of Passion” is in the end indeed the first album of Roxette (now Roxette as being the duo Per and Marie). ;)

(Only hope my words didn’t make it any more confusing than it was before?... :P)

P.S. In short: take the mini-LP “Heartland” as a shorter version of the album “The Heartland Café” (both being records from Gyllene Tider). ;)

I dont know the english name for that movie, but it was with Leslie Nilsen and in the end was parody on the Titanic :) and the whole movie was a parody - for example. baywatch, the fugitive, titanic and many many more... So when is sung “i dont wanna get hurt” there could be the scene when Leslie holds that woman on the ship and they hit the bridge (or what was it:) )

I personally don’t like titanic, cos there played that dumb “actor” dicaprio...

I found that english name for that movie - Wrongfully Accused
