These are the most competitive football leagues of the world according to the “Federation of History and Statistics of Football”

1) España (1) 615
2) Italia (3) 602
3) Argentina (5) 568
4) Brasil (9) 552
5) Inglaterra (2) 496
6) Colombia (17) 410
7) Francia (6) 401
8) Portugal (18) 388,5
9) Holanda (11) 368
10) Alemania (4) 358.

It’s based on the economic value of the players, in the quality of the matches and the difficult of competitivity

Germans only 10th?

Last 10 years the germans club teams achieved to:

play the Champion’s League final 4 times with 3 different teams (Bayern, Bayer, and Dortmund). 2 finals were won. One was lost in the last minute.

play 3 times the Uefacup final with 3 different team: Bayern, Dortmund and Schalke. 2 finals were won.

In the seventies Bayern dominated European football. In the eighties Europe was positively influenced by Mönchengladbach, Köln, Frankfurt, Bremen, Hamburger SV, and Dynamo Dresden or Lokomotiv Leipzig.

No to mention the Mannschaft itself, ...

Maybe the reason for underpositioning is that sucessful doesn’t mean the same as attractive, although I think German football is extremely attractive.
