I dont know but the HAND and RS felt very “forced” albums (sorry cant find any better word what I mean)
With Mazarin Per have just “had fun” with making this album .I wish that he would just make it the same way with roxette albums

can you imagine MIRROW BALL (spegelboll) sung by marie on a new roxette album ... that could be a huge hit ... new electric sounds mixed 2gether with our beloved sleeping in my car-spirit ... perfect. but i am glad that per hasn’t lost his feeling for awasome tunes ... i’m looking forward to hear the new album MAZARIN (i only know the song from aftonbladet)...

their is no roxette without Marie no body could take her place as no body could take the place of Per i like their solo work its fresh and completly different than the sound of roxette but i must admit some of their solo work would sound great in roxette form

when roxette record they take like a year 2 an album right? when they do solo it takes very short time! i think when u work for long at things u kill the magic of the original song an thats the prob with roxette...
pers solo ones sound so perfect

let me think... wasn’t it similar with the CBB album? they went on vacation to capri and recorded most of the songs there and CBB is their best record ever (4me)... marie always said it was so beautiful to record the lyrics while watching josephin on the balcony in front of the sea... cool atmosphere i think for producing an album... maybe the next roxette album will be very spontanous and fast, maybe they record it without thinking of hits, just doing what they feel... would be great! we’ll see and i think per is on the right way!

Per in swedish at his best :)... I doubt the record would have the same charm in English. Songs like Tycker om or Gungar would for sure lose their intimate emotional side then.
