I don’t know why - but i decided to play the Culture Club L.P that i have had for many years. I dusted it off and played Side1. I listened to the still popular Karma Chameleon, the cheesy It’s A Miracle and then left the room for a few minutes. When i returned That’s The Way (I’m Only Trying To Help You) was playing and i fell in love with it! A song i had always turned off (approx 15 years ago) suddenly was great. If anyone can, give it a listen............

It’s one of the first L.P’s i ever owned - given to me by my cousin when i was about 5!
I don’t know what made me listen to it, but i really just liked That’s The Way instantly.
It looks like it was successful, a number 1, 2, 3 and 4 chart positioned single! I also now like Church Of The Poison Mind - another i don’t really remember.

Culture Club is pretty cool. Even str8 guys like me can get into their stuff, LOL!! Um, I might want to get that new box set they recently released. It has a TON of unreleased recordings/demos/remixes. However, “The War Song” and “The Crying Game” are missing. Yes George solo tracks are on there too. Nice packaging...
