Well Vix, I caught Wheatus live once at the tiny Mercury Lounge in NYC before their first album came out. They opened up for my friends The Everyothers that night and were pretty cool!! They are from near me, Long Island, NY, but kinda flopped here yet achieved success in the UK and Europe. I had my tape recorder going that gig, as I was originally taping the Everyothers, and I figured, let me get Wheatus too, just in case, and they blew up internationally.
