Besides being architect I fill my days as a chemical engineer...well that sounds like fun (NOT). I like it though.

Well, I liked to see football with many people. Usually they have the same favourite thing. so I’ll be opposite, and that will be fun :) not the game, but the expression they made when their fav team was lost :), I’ll like to laugh at them, it was fun :)

I never watch formula 1 racing. I never watch any sports where the main purpose is to drive, run, cycle or swim as fast as possible. Also sports where you are supposed to throw, lift or jump as high/far as possible I find very boring.....
So...the only sports I like to watch all include a ball...and two teams competing!
I would like to say hello to my mum in your language (malesian?)...but how to do that?

hey, I’m glad to hear that your mom still remember how to cook Indonesian food although she didn’t live here anymore. I mean, compare to me, I can’t cook ANY of our food. I like some Indonesian food too, but I like Mc Donald too :)
you live in Holland, right? do u know that Minahasa (the place I live) was holland’s favourite when they were srill rule our country? no wonder, most of the “old” peope here could speak dutch, so does my grandmother, though just a little bit because she didn’t finish her school.

What I really like...hang on:
- Of couse Rice...(like nasi goreng.)
- Noodles...noodle soup (I’ve been eating those for ages!!).
- Lumpur, baopao (o my god, I am really uncomfortable writing these words, cos I’m affraid you don’t have any idea what I’m talking about!).
- Bubur item.
- Pisang Goreng (that banana thing, can eat tons of it!).
- All kinds of meat that are prepared with ketjap, garlic, onions and chili!
This sucks, doesn’t it?
(I’ll write it down and shwo it both my mother and grandmother...).
Can you speak any Dutch words ??

You know, if we ever meet in Indonesia, we can go to find places that sell Pisang Goreng. hey do you know, sambal terasi? it’s fit with Pisang Goreng. I could eat so many pisang goreng if I have sambal terasi too. But I guess you won’t like it. It will taste weird for you (maybe)
anyway, seemed that you have “indonesian stomach” :) how about your self. do you look like Indonesian too?

How to explain bubur item...mashed black rice. With coconut milk in it to make it sweet. (nevermind...).
Sambal terasi with pisang goreng??? That sounds strange! But yet...who knows. I will try...
At home I have a very big jar with sambal badjak...Yummie! That goed with everything...and maybe with pisang goreng too =)

Hey you should try that “sambal terasi”. You can eat that with “nasi goreng” too. In fact, I have just eaten it :)

Today I’m gonna make some very spicy chicken! It’s almost my favourite. some chicken, sambal oelek, ketjap manis, garlic, oniuns.....YUMMIE!
Can you name a desert wich you like?? I might just look for it in my cooking book and try it someday...

well, as u know Indonesia ia a very huge country with different culture and foods too. I live in Manado (Minahasa) and of course we have our own traditional food too. But actually there is ONE food that has been known for many Indonesian too. It’s called Bubur Manado (ask your mom, probably she heard about it too). If you like, I will try to wrote the things that u need to make it and how to make it too. it contains lots of vegetables too and it’s so delicios to eat that with sambal terasi :)
hey, what your friend think about Sambal Terasi? I bet they don’t want to get close to you after you eat it, because the smell :)
anyway, thx for asking me those thing because I have never have anyone who ask me about food, since I don’t know how to cook it.
hey you shouldn’t mention about that Spicy Chicken :) you make so hungry. In Manado, we called that “Ayam Rica-rica” that’s so delicious.
Gado-gado is contains lots of vegetables and also peanut sauce. is that what u mean?
