oh god an artsy film by jonas ackerlund with a drag queen portraying marie and a hobo playing per...thats what we’d get if he directed it...don’t get me wrong he’s talented but serious he is not cut out to do a biography of the band

Why not??? Marie and Per in an Akerlund-movie with a lot of Rox-music sounds funny!!! Something like Stars (I know it’s not directed by Jonas) perhaps... the best thing about Per and Marie is that they don’t take themselves too serious

I thought they already had . Coz I remember back in early 1999 when a MTV VJ said that they are going to have a movie entitled the FUNRIDE or FLUMRIDE something I just don’t remember the exact title .
They said this while they are playing JOYRIDE and probably promoying the HAND album . And they said that a swedish artist were the one to portray the role of per and marie . But until now I’m still waiting .

It might be the movie “Joy Ride”, but there’s no connection to Roxette at all... anyway, it’s a great thriller!

As i said, onl close friends and family has seen the documentary.
Still, some small details are missing (i.e. the title, as I planned “Roxette, a road movie” seems a little...numb) and that’s it.
The documentary is 2:15 hours long. It follows Roxette since they begun with POP until the discovery of Marie’s tumor and ON. It shows TV shows, video-clips, internet showcases/interviews and most important real fans following Roxette all around with their videocameras (or trying to find them).
When completed (around March 31st) the documentary will be uploaded in 15 minutes clips.
The documentary will not be seen by everyone, though, since only some of you guys here helped me along the way, so the access to the site will be password-controlled. If you helped me, you’ll get your site address and password via e-mail.
The cost of the documentary was around $15,000 USD and will be sent to EMI Svenska.
