Well, I’ve been working on Our Fan Page for the last month or so. It’s been a lot of fun, and a bit of hassle at the same time. I didn’t know how to do thumbnails, until I found a page and combined it with the information that I have on HTML (from years ago), and created what you see presently on the page. Add to that, my own self doubt in my abilities (which still exist), and the fear that this was going to go NOWHERE with the pix that I HADN’T been getting.

Now, things are moving along quite well, and I just wanted to take the time to shout out a thanks to some of the peoples that have been helping me:

zeeshan - Thanks for helping me find the page that I needed to add to my scripts that I already had.

vaxjoe, Santi, and roxlad: Thanks for the encouragement here on the site by helping to pump it.

MCRoxFan - Your encouragement’s been great. The long talks we have while I’m working on the page have helped me to concentrate on everything and keep the scripts straight. Our little rounds at night have been good for me.

Gesslemaniac - Owe you an email boss. Sending it soon.

We are a community here people. Sure we fight and argue and bicker, but we come together and stand united like any family would.

Thanks for your support in this endeavour, and keep sending me the pix, I’ll keep adding them and the biographies as we go.

We all know how hard this girl has been working for this page and some of us (including ME) are soo selfish not to send our pics. Ok so I was a bit shy before and I am working 12-14 hours straight everyday... so I guess I do have an excuse for being such a lazy slacker but for those who are just being lazy slackers for nothing please send your picture biographies and anything to Spooky. She has worked hard (still is) to get this thing rolling!

Spooky, you deserve an OSCAR!!!

Storm: I became a fan when I was in the hospital back in 1989 for depression / insomnia. “The Look” was the song I heard on my walkman at 2 a.m. and I’ve been a fan ever since. I’ve never NOT listened to their music, I’ve just added other artists to the mix (mostly for the sake of others who listen to my stereo too *lol*).

Why did I volunteer to do this page? (came up in a discussion with some co-workers, actually). It’s simple:

I have the time in the evening. I have some decent programs, I know a little bit of programming, I thought there was something that this was something that I could give back to those who have given something to me.
