I have an order since early December, but they haven’t answered any of my several e-mails at all. So, does anyone know what’s the matter with them??? I liked Skivhugget, they have everything I need, but this thing makes me very sad.

I also heard skivhugget isn’t as good as they were anymore.... first, they answered all mails in less then one day, now they sometimes DON’T answer e-mails, and they become a lot more slowly.

They says, they sent me letter earlier that tried to charge my credit card - unsuccessfully - so all of my orders will be rejected in the future.
Ha-ha-ha!!!
This is bullshit (sorry). Each time I try to order from the Net they call from my Bank me if I really wanna do it or not. So my authorization needs to all transaction, and the bank NEVER called me about this item!!!
And I did not got ANY letter earler.
Where’s the truth? Outside?

I ordered the single A thing about you from Skivhugget but it never arrived, so I wrote an email to them and they told me that they had already sent it. After some weeks, they sent the parcel again and it arrived ... but it was sent as normal letter
