And took me back to my childhood so much was great lol. Me and my brother watched them all. and yes, they dont make them like they used to. I was trying to think what was my fave and i cant think which.
Im only doing this cos its so windy and raining and dont have anything better to do lol.
I feel old now lol.

Hehe, i was watching the same ones a few weeks ago. Really brings back a few memories.

They definitely don’t make cartoons like these anymore. You gotta feel sorry for kids these days having to watch stuff like pokemon etc.. :-P

yep not the same. although when i think about it all the best ones where based on toy lines !, well i had all the toys aswell LOL, good marketing.

The toy lines were based off of the cartoons.

But oh holy cow! Talk about memories!!!

Ahhhhh yes, cartoons of my childhood - except, I don’t remember “Bananaman”. :)
...and what about the Smurfs?

“Eric becomes Bananaman”... that was funny!

I am currently working my way through old Dangermouse cartoons someone sent me on DVD! LOL

it may be embarassing to a 26 years old man to admit it...but when i listen to “Muppet Babies” opening theme, tears come to my eyes...what a time. it’s not about nostalgia only...it has to do with a different era of 20th century. in spite of nuclear war threats and the whole ’cold war’ atmosphere of that time, the 80’s seemed so hopeful. the future seemed so bright. and in fact, most of the things that were promised back then happened...but no, not a single sample of that shame brightness and satisfaction came with the package.

Muppet Babies... now that was good! ... and you are right about the theme tune!
