wha’s your opinion about what is like a Roxette fan, or how fans have to be ?

@ freshold: that’s a good discription!!! ;-)
And they become always ill because they have to sit outside in the cold LOL!

I’m not sure if I understand the question...do you mean, “what it’s like to be a Roxette fan?” Perhaps, “what should a roxette fan be like?”
They should be more like me!

A roxette fan must be the smartest person in the school or universisty, and they’re usually above 20 years old ...
dan-rox said on January 8, 2002 05:28:
and who is the best fan ( apart than yourself ) you have ever met ?
Ferdan said on January 8, 2002 06:53:
who is the best fan? is that a real question? *stupid cuestion prize*
hmmm well, anyway, the best fan is the one who steal their mails... the one who bother marie when she’s with josefin and oscar in the fair..... the one who steal their car’s antenna... and the one who thinks there is a best fan..... *sigh*
arnie said on January 8, 2002 07:28:
I would never steal their mail!
That’s a stupid act!
The best roxette fans are us!

@Ferdan
No, that would describe the most mental, fanatical sort of Rox lover. A true fan is one who not only loves Roxette & all related material, but also takes every chance they get to promote Rox to the rest of the world. It doen’t hurt if they’re willing to travel insane distances and spend unheard of amounts of money to see Rox live;)

@Perfanatic: I think you just described me!!!
My friends are sick of me telling them how good Rox are, I travelled all the way from Oz to follow the Room Service tour, and I got my Visa statement yesterday which said I owed them $11k+
@Bibi: God do I know about the cold, I swear my arms were going to drop off from frostbite at one stage, but I’m back here in an Aussie summer (just happens to be the coldest one in about 20 years where I live!) so I can defrost after a couple of months of refrigeration in Europe!
PerFanatic said on January 8, 2002 12:34:
@rezmad,
Wow! $11k? Is that Aussie $ or American $? Even if it’s Aussie $, that’s a ton. You out did me by quite a bit. Although I did save about $900 USD by using my frequent flyer miles. Still, that week in Sweden was well worth what I paid. I dare to say no amount would have been too much... it was just that great... a life long (well, at least the last 12 years) dream which finally came true. Now I’ve really got to start puting away some cash, just in case Rox or GT do a summer tour in the next few years. A summer trip to Sweden would be the only way to beat the last one.
rezmad said on January 8, 2002 13:58:
$11K Au, = $5KUS
I had frequently flyer miles, but with an airline that doesn’t fly to Europe and it went bust while I was OS, so I lost them all!
I would have spent all up about $16k Au, ’because I had 5000 in the bank before I left and I emptied that pretty quickly.
I’ll definently be at the next tour (please summer, I’m from a warm country and don’t have much fat on me to keep warm!), still have plenty of things left to sell, so that I can afford it.

they always scream “ROXETTE ROXETTE ROXETTE” on events that also have other bands (like TOTP, festivals etc.) so loud that the other bands get a “we’re-not-welcome-here” feeling >;)))
oh yea and we seem to be some of the calmest, coolest fans - not freaking out and going totally “nuckin futs” - anyone heard about the kelly family incident? some fans got this annoying that joey(?) kelly freaked out, jumped on their car and broke a window of it - and they’re STILL running after the kellys!
freshold said on January 7, 2002 01:06:
noisy at concerts and voiceless after them ;)
