The main music stores for regular releases can be found in the department stores... PUB, NK, Ahlens and just along this little street is one and I can’t for the life of me think what it is called but it’s sign is black and yellow... I can’t even think what the street is called, it’s a popular street for shopping and leads through to the Old Town....

Most of the good old second hand record stores are gone, I’m afraid. There used to be some great ones in St Eriksgatan, but now there’s only 2 or 3, and not very good ones. And there was a fantastic one in Götgatan (södermalm), also gone. There’s still one in Sveavägen, get off at Rådmansgatan on the green line and it’s across the road from McDonalds, a little store that sells 2nd hand stuff DVDs, music and collectibles like Star Wars dolls. But don’t expect to find too much Rox there. There’s also Micke’s Records, go to Hornstull on the Red line and it’s somewhere near the station, I think the street is Långholmsgatan.
