I guess the theme should be ”Have A Nice Day The Rox Way” ??? ...... we go out looking sharp and just have fun! If we rent a room in the hotel, to celebrate 20 Years of Rox we could compile our Top 20 fave Rox songs and play them and stuff as a nod to P&M (lukky there ain’t a 3rd Rox member whose name begins with T!), then head on out on the town for a nite of fun, mayhem and frolikx

Wagamamas is very versatile,plus there’s the added bonus of China Town.......u can’t really go wrong there. Just had a search for other hotels for those dates, and there are loads and loads of availability, prices varying.
I’m gonna have to book my hotel in a couple of weeks time. Got a couple of trips to pay for, and then it’ll be Xmas (how already!!), so money will be tight. Probably end up booking the one mentioned earlier.

I’m actually going to be in London for one night 1st-2nd Oct, then i’ll be back in aberdeen during the rest of that time.I am at Uni on Monday and Friday (I think), so should be free on Tue, Wed and Thu (though i should be studying in that time lol).....anyway let me know where you are going in scotland and I’ll see if we can meet up. I tihnk the only plans we have is to meet up, go for drinks, perhaps out for a meal and take it from there, just make an afternoon and a night of it.... It’s gonna be the cheapest way of doing things as we’re not in a position to rent somewhere etc...
Xarrrr’s site is good, I guess we should add people’s names on there who are going it would be a good start, perhaps with a picture of them! The webbie will be great for uploading photos to after of the meet up! :) I think it’s great of Ailsa to let us use some of her domain to host a website for the meet! :) and I love the design!

I booked my flights. I thought i may aswell or the prices would have gone up, and i was booking some other flights anyway. I will arrive in central london at around 5-6pm on the saturday, and am staying until the monday. Dont know if anyone was planning on doing anything on the sat afternoon but i wont be there. I just wanted to say hello and let you in on some exciting news for the upcoming meeting which is now in 35 DAYS!!
A MASSIVE thank you goes out to MARIE DIMBERG….
Don’t all get too excited at once… Per is not coming, well at least I don’t think he is… although I am still waiting for his RSVP! : )
Marie Dimberg has today delivered me an excellent large packet of goodies for the fan meet.
I wrote to her to ask her kindly if some items that where perhaps signed could be donated to the fan meet!
Why did I want donated signed items…?
Well the idea is to have a charity auction to raise money for Cancer Research UK http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/ in memory of Marie’s recent long battle with Cancer!
I have items to auction off from regular autographs, to 7” singles, promotional albums from Gyllene Tider, CD Singles from Roxette and Gyllene Tider, all signed By Per Gessle!
Any money raised will be sent off to Cancer Research UK, and upon on receipt of a letter back from them I shall kindly ask Xarrrr to post it on her site to tell you all how much we raised!
I shall let you know sometime in March what items we have and the starting prices of the auction, + I shall provide photos!
This is a great way of buying something signed and raising pennies for Charity.

Date: 1st & 2nd April 2006
We have set the dates & city. We need to decide on hotel. The one I found was near Hyde Park - Elysee Hotel www.elyseehotel-london.co.uk They quoted £110 for the 2 night stay for a double/twin room.

Plus, any ideas for a theme/event which we can take put in.
Please can you leave your name before the end of August if you are seriously thinking about coming. We’ll have to start planning it very soon to keep down the costs.
