61 is released by a German group. Parts of the song were stolen from Jefferson.
69 is released by Dutch group K-Otic
116 is dead and gone according to Per. “A bad Bon Jovi song”
130 is recorded by Swedish group The Boppers and Brit Mark Keller
37 is recorded by - to me - an unknown Swedish girl
57 is recorded by Gyllene Tider as Ande i en flaska
127 is, I think, the same song as 37, but I’m not sure

10 is probably just an alternate title for “Beautiful things” surely, as the lyric “terrible things” is also in the song

“10. BEATIFUL THINGS TERRIBLE THING 4996964” might be the original song (probably a demo) with other chords and melodies.
Notice that only Per Gessle is mentioned as the composer, while the album-version was composed by Marie Fredriksson!
here’s the lin:

Would love to hear Per’s original demo if it’s got different music etc.

“Depuis la nuit des temps” is the french translation of “Rainclouds”, a collaboration of Per with songwriter Lisa Lindebergh.
Song has been recorded by the French Popstar’s band “What For?”. A nice song.

The thing about “Beautiful things terrible thing” is that there is another song registered as “beautiful things”...so that makes me think that the first is either a version of “BT” or a totally different song...

Beautiful Things as we know it has Per Gessle as lyricist, so he’s considered an author of the song as well. But as has been said, this song existed in another form and he didn’t like it much so Marie improved it. Therefore it’s not so strange that you have two entries for this piece of music.
EDIT: Typo.

Isnt the original demo from myths - the more rocky version???
Santi said on August 9, 2005 09:28:
No, that’s a demo to Beautiful Things, by Marie Fredriksson. The music basically stays the same as in the final version, for which it would not make a different piece of music. What changes are the arrangements (in my opinion, very bad taste changes, but anyway).
The arrangements don’t make it a different song, actually in some countries (for instance in Spain) they only ask you for a basic piano arrangement, melody and lyrics for copyrighting a song - therefore, arrangements don’t matter. It’s the overall melody, rhythm and chord progression that do.
As an example take Gyllene Tider’s “Lova att du inte glommer bort mej”. Per had this demo called “Vårkänslor” in which the music is completely different as you can hear in the demo. Was not satisfied, gave it to Mats and he made a completely new song (new melody, chords, rhythm... same lyrics, roughly) and they included it in Puls as a closer :)
I guess the same happened to Beautiful Things, Terrible Things.
