Klee - Gold

Has anyone of you been listenig to this song?
The begining reminds me very much of “Crush on you”. It’s a very cool kind of gesslish song with german lyrics. That’s why probably only people from Germany, Austria or Switzerland might know it. With this song the band Klee takes part in the so called Bundesvision Songcontest hosted by famous german comedian/talkmaster Stefan Raab.

The Bundesvision Songcontest is almost the same as the European Songcontest. The difference is that it is just for Germany. Every land has its own music act. This year it’s the first time it takes place.
Stefan Raab has been at the European Contest 3 times. One time he performed himself (The nonsense song “wadde hadde dude da”). One song he wrote for Guildo Horn. He also wrote the song for the last year’s German finalist Max “I cant’t wait until tonight”.

indeed! there is a LOT of roxette in this song! if you don’t listen to the lyrics very correct, you might think this is a brand new song from roxette!
a lot of “crush on you”, a bit of “fool”and “joyride” ...
very gesslish production ... catchy melody, guitars in the chorus, here and there computer sounds, female lead voice. BUT: i am missing some “nananas” (c;

Is Bundesvision different than Eurovision Song Contest?
No, I dont know a song you talked about.
But I do know a German girl Jeanette Biederman had some Roxetteish songs. Songs that sounded like Roxette style :)
