Well, I´ll be watching the beautiful fireworks in Copacabana beach and after that, my friends and I probably will be going to some of Niterói´s (my hometown) or Rio´s (very close to Niterói)nightclubs....
So, what about you all?
Good wishes for you all!!!!!!!! Happy new year!!!!!!
To brazilian peolple: Feliz ano novo!!!!! Desejo, sinceramente, a todos vocês tudo de bom para o próximo ano!!!!!!)

At Home, maybe in bed like I have been for the past couple of New Years... although I might stay up this time...

Probably in that hole I call a bedroom
(I live in the basement and no windows in my room)

Am I wrong or the majority of you don´t like “the new year night”??????..... honestly, I hate it too but it´s impossible stay at home in Rio de Janeiro that night.......

It’s usually a party for me but this year I will spend time with my parents: we will watch the GT25 DVD after a nice meal...
I’m looking forward to 2005 - bring it on :-) Rich

Can’t be doing with it. Load of poop.

I’ll probably be asleep. I have to start work at 7am the next morning.
@Rob: You should go to Star City Casino. I went there with a group of friends for ’99/2000. It was unreal.

Here in Finland (and I’m sure also in Sweden) many cities has cancelled New Years Eve fireworks. Also many many private persons don’t buy fireworks. And I think it’s right decission. I myself go to my friend’s home where we have some cider and good food. I have to go work again on Saturday. Thank god, not before midday :)
roxlad said on December 30, 2004 23:08:
@Mari, is it because of the Asia Quake? I personally won’t over party to respect who is suffering at the moment but I also thought that not doing anything would not help anyway.
Mari said on December 30, 2004 23:20:
roxlad, I didn’t mean it’s wrong to party. I’m gonna party myself :) But it would be “rude” if there’s “official” fireworks etc, cos hundreds Finnish are missing and probably dead in Thailand. And millions people need help in Asia right now. Here cities give money, which was planned to spend to fireworks, to Red Cross. Also some Swedis cities do the same thing.

No man Ally, why dont you go with me to a fancy dress party or something. And then we can get really drunk and have loads of fun.
I wanna dress up as Elizabeth Turner in Pirtates of the Caribbean.. i just still have to find my Orlando Bloom to take me..
ally77 said on October 9, 2006 11:33:
Last year got invited to a friend NYE party at work, but I really just prefer it quiet at home, guess the party animal in me has gone!
TinyBubbles said on October 9, 2006 11:45:
A tdr party would be cool too!! As long as i can dress up like miss turner and as long as orlando blooms shows up :p

I’ll be in bed and sleeping because little children don’t care if their mummies and daddies have been up till late in the night and want to sleep longer the next morning.

This year I was thinking of going to the Helldone 2006 festival in Finland! (but I don’t fancy going alone...)
HIM are performing there on 31st

Probably at home this year with a new baby n’all ...although we’ll see. Dad hates New Year’s and would rather be at home so can babysit for me ;) Don’t go into Central London anymore - is too much of a pain in the arse with transport. Usually just go to a local pub or spend it with family/friends nowadays. Who knows - no plans - just gonna go with the flow :)
