Cool Piet! Roxbytes is a great site. I have a small request, if you can: do you have the Marie interview on Pulsen 2000 (in Swedish) where she’s wearing a blue shirt and she does a funny interview and sings Äntligen? If you could put it on Roxbytes you would make my day :)

First of all: I appreciate the effort, I really do, but (yeah, there’s always a “but”) unfortunately, it looks like the aspect ratio’s messed up and the video height is wrong (320x224 instead of 320x240 pixel)... nothing that can’t be fixed, but it doesn’t really improve the quality :-/

ally: everybody is downloading it now, just leave flashget over night or wait a couple of days and it will download fine. I’m half with the wma and 1 hour to go (spent 1,30 so far). Download speed has changed from 170kb/s to 10 going thru 25, 87, 102 (the times I checked) ;)

Almost 600 people have downloaded the documentary so far (or at least begun downloading it). The server has a 7 MBit international connection, you can calculate how big the load is at the moment :-)
The source I’ve used had a completely messed up aspect ratio which I couldn’t fix with the avi but I managed to do that with the wmv. Yet another reason to download the wmv version. Although I’ve asked people in the newsletter to download the avi only if they want to make a transscript and their subtitle editor doesn’t support wmv, still, about half of the people (277 so far) are downloadin the avi. Would be great if that many people wanted to make subtitles for the documentary...
