I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this already, but Australian fans can now buy The Change from http://www.sanity.com.au for $27.65 which is a lot cheaper than most other places including Sweden!

BTW it’s still quicker and cheaper thru cd-wow if you’ve got the option.
