Greenday

What if Green Day wrote a Roxette song...?
Has anyone else noticed how very similar to Per’s style “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” is? The lyrics are a little desolate (although Per has written similar things, such as “The Rain” and “Never is a Long Time”), but the music is spot-on Gessle.
Pop-rock perfection from punks - who would have thought it?

Yeah, I was a little bit surprised to like a lot of the Warning album and thought it was quite like GT! Rich

it would be shitty because i reeaaally love punk and roxette is no punk. punk is a way of life and it’s really got nothing to do with roxette.

It’s totally different.
Would be strange, but maybe also ok.

Is the MaMas Barn album a punk album? Sometimes I read that, but I’m not so sure.

It’s not such a far-out concept; Per’s nutorious for being a punk-rock fan! I wouldn’t be suprised if the guys from Greenday share similar influences with him...
