Fading l.a. flower goes techno?

Hej...I just switched on the german music channel VIVA accidently and didn’t believe my ears!
They played a terrible TECHNO-version from “Fading like flower”. It has entered the german single charts and No. 79 and the “Band” is called “Mysterio”. I don’t know what they are and if this is legal...Per please..do something about it...
...I just lost my ears and I never gonna find them....
