Only liked a few songs here and there, mostly because of nice melodies, because the Sound arrangements were not very Good and not very interesting. She is just another Overcommercialized American artist..... hmm ring a bell? Jessica, Xristina, Britney, Hilary...... unfortunately the story of crappy second-rate American Pop continues :(
Other than Rox, ladies that Infatuated me with their music and looks in the 80’s are
Sandra - Great sound arrangement of Cretu and Hubert Kah (Kemmler) songs. Copied Madonna, yet came up with better stuff. Great albums in the 80’s :)

01. American Life - i was severly unimpressed by this when I first heard this. I thought that she was purposely making her albums bad so she could retire peacefully. But... now I’m beginning to realise just how beautiful it is. It’s a real shame about the bad reviews - it is really good. Reviewers really focused on the bad songs instead of the good. Everyone reviewer here in the UK+Ireland was focusing on songs like American Life and Nobody Knows Me. Why none of them mentioned Easy Ride or X-Static Process, I’ll never know.
02. Ray Of Light - was always brilliant, and still is brilliant.
03. Like A Prayer - although it’s not her strongest album, this still is brilliant! When it’s bad, oh boy is it bad! Songs like Keep It Together and Love Song are some of her worst ever. But when it’s good, it blows you away! Songs like Promise To Try, Like A Prayer, Cherish, Dear Jessie and Oh Father are the best she’s ever done.

The singles are abs fab but songs like Sanctuary, Forbidden Love and Survival are AS good!
It’s got, however, a couple fillers (like every Madonna album I’ve got) but I see the LP very complete, anyway!

I agree. I think “Forbidden Love” is one of her best ballads ever. And I just love the whole production in “Sanctuary.”

Edit: If i can not include The Immaculate Collection I can not come up with 3 albums.
And that is her best album in my opinion, so it should be there.
