I grew up reading novels set in England, so when i booked my weekend in London, I was sooo excited. of course I was a little disappointed that there were no longer these dark alleyways where hte paupers live, but I really liked it!!!! can;t wait to go back.
btw, English DOES come originally from England, but accents is what makes it interesting. Don’t knock it :P

@Schmetterling: Spiders? Sure you’re not thinking about Australia?! ;)
I can’t remember the last time I saw a spider... but usually they’re so tiny and harmless you wouldn’t anyways.

Nooooooooooooooo spiders.. we have big ones up north! Den, you want one sending down for your b/day!
Had a big one in the bedroom the other day... hence the reason for jumping out the bed at 4am! and shitting myself... hate the things.. but mum’s phobia is worse...
That’s what you get for having an house built on a footie field.... with piles of trees and big gardens.. lots and lots of spiders...
Denstandigaresan said on July 1, 2004 21:35:
Do I jiggins as like! THANK YOU NOOOOO!
I don’t mind spiders, big spiders... I used to work in a tropical pet store. It’s the small ones I hate... they move too quick, up your sleeve as quick as a blink!
And they always seem to jump, right when you’re walking under them, plop, right on the hair!
