How do I activate my membership in the fanshop?

Is there anybody out there who is able to tell me how I can activate my member account in the roxette-fanshop by www.roxette.nl?

the e-mail contact doesnt seem to work out right!

Hello Judith,
after i logged in into the fan shop and regarded my account it sais:
“member: no, but you can buy a membership online.”
that’s what i ’ve allready done.
customer id:21188
Best wishes and hope that this long excisting problem is gonna disapear now!

My membershipnumber is only 4 numbers.
Maybe that’s the fault??
Not sure, just a suggestion.

Maybe they give out different species of customer ids.
Have you ever bought something as a fanclub member in the shop?

no the membership number is just fine, we started at the 1-9 thousands, now it’s over 20 thousand that’s why :)

I’m having a look at your problem, haven’t forgot!

when you log in as a member with the member number you gave me and your password you should see on the left the “moving” option in the menu that says “membership”.

WHen you click on this link, you should see a message that says:

“MembershipStatus
Your membership is up-to-date and it is not necessary to buy another membership.
Please click on ’edit profile’ for further details.”

So everything seems to be fine. Your account also shows you are entitled to get 4 reviews. Go to “EDIT PROFILE” (on top) and there you will see:

“Fanclub Member YES, you’re entitled to 4 incl. 15% discount at all items.”

Hope all’s fine now!
