Which roxette song should be covered? (by any band for that matter)

Any song. It depends on the band in question and their taste.
Now, “what song should Roxette cover” would be a far more interesting question.
I think that mega-hit singles and “classic” songs shold never be covered. Why? Because there’s so little you can add to that song, and the chances you do a bad job are huge and you can piss millions of fans off. People will identify the original as the real thing and your band as a bunch of artist wannabes. And if you cover a very successful song, your version will always be compared with the original one.
