Unreleased song: "Captain".

A friend of mine directed me to the website of a Swedish guy, Caj Högberg. He has been writing songs for decades, and has been very successful.
He’s written the lyrics for, what he calls, “a pre-Roxette Gessle-released song.” Although I notice that the song was copyrighted in 1985, which hints that perhaps the melody for the lyrics was included on Pearls Of Passion the following year.
Apart from Mazarin, I’m not familiar with Per’s Swedish albums, so even I were to translate the song, I’d still have little understanding on what the title could be.

Anyone know? I’m sure someone does :-)

Yes it’s the same song. Some say it is recorded in English while some say it isn’t. The other song is Galning/Pyromaniac. At any rate the lyrics are written.
PYROMANIAC (Galning)
The night is falling
He’s getting ready to go
Dressed in black leather
disguised, no one will know
He knows he must be fast
Go, go just hit it and run
right through the back street into the shade and he’s gone
A pyromaniac a pyromaniac a pyromaniac
is looking for a heart to set on fire
Headlines in the papers
Eyewitness news on TV
Newsbreak on the radio
A general call on CB
This street’s a jungle
you know you gotta be smart
the sharks are up for a bite
Stay cool, keep playing your part
A pyromaniac a pyromaniac a pyromaniac
is looking for a heart to set on fire
A pyromaniac a pyromaniac a pyromaniac
is looking for a heart to set on fire

CAPTAIN (Kapten)
There’s nothing left to say
the time has come to sail away
In this old ship The Broken Heart
I’ll try to make a new start
I’m heading for a distant coast
away from whom I need the most
I’m the captain, you’re the sea
or should I say, what’s left of me
And the blue, blue desert goes: Hey, hey, na, na..
It hurts to leave this way
and I still long for yesterday
I know some things remain unsaid
and now they linger in my head
But all the time I know
that if I let my anchor go
I might be left here on my own
but then again,I’m still at home
And the blue, blue desert goes: Hey, hey, na, na..
And if the wind would turn
there’s still no way I could return
so I just move on ’cross the chart
in this old ship The Broken Heart

there’s a song in Scener called Kapten, but not sure if it’s the same... lyrics in Swedish go like this:
Kapten
Jag har mitt eget skepp
Egna segel, egen vind
Egen karta bort och hem
Egen last och egna män
Jag har mitt egel spel
Egna sanningar och fel
Egen morgon, egen kväll
Egen sol och tidtabell
Och havet sjunger en sång
He-Hey Na-Na-Na-Na
Be-Doodn-Doh
He-Hey Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma
Jag har min ensamhet
Mitt eget hav och hemlighet
Min egen nyckel till min port
Där jag gömmer nänting stort
Jag har mitt eget land
Jag har min kärlek till en annan
Jag har mitt hjärta i en hamn
Min egen dröm, falsk och sann
Och havet sjunger en sång...
Det finns många sätt
Jag har mitt eget sätt att nå
Sätt att älska, sätt att slå
Sätt att komma, sätt att gå
