Surprise surprise!

Yesterday I went to Brighton (UK) to a record fair, and I found a very big surprise: do you know that there is another group named Roxette? And you will say, yes probably, but they are new... No, they are from 1980 (4 years before Per naming Gyllene Tider Roxette), so I don’t know if our Roxette is going to have a problem of name copyright ... What I have found is a 7” with four songs, one of them (cusualities of life) named Little Girl. They are from Tumbridge Wells (near Brighton), and I haven’r heard the record because I haven’t got a machine here in England. What do you think?
PD. There’s a new Compilation CD here in England named Power Ballads in which it is included It must Hve been love.

Wasn’t there a French band Roxette around in 1982 or so? I guess that was mentioned on the RML some time ago. “Little Girl”? Wow, that’s a nice coincidence! BTW, I don’t think our Rox will have trouble because of the name copyright; there are a few bands I know that have same names.

Power Ballads is not new it was released in June in the UK!! but they are over doing the promo on British TV for xmas... I bought it for my dad!!
