I read in Aftonbladet today, that according to Per´s and Åsa´s marriage contract Åsa ´d only get the half value of their 2 homes if they ´d divorece , nothing else.
It ´s not so much when Per has about 500 millions sek....
But I ´m sure that they will never ever divorce, so this contract doesn´t play any role.

i totally understand per. i don’t mind åsa at all. but why should she get so much in case of a divorce? he’s the master, he earns all the money. as long as she lives together with him she already profits from his money. i mean this in general, nothing against åsa and women in general. i mean the ex-husband of j-lo didn’t get so much either, and i think that’s right. j-lo is the star and earns all the money, her ex was “just” a dancer. so why should he get half of her fortune?
and as some mentioned, as long as they’re married this contract is of no value anyway. buf if i was per i’d do it exactely the same way

According to Aftonbladet the ” tax value” of the Halmstad house is 12,6 millions sek and their flat is worth about the same, which means that she ´d get about 12, 6 millions.
But I don´t think either that they will ever divorce,
so it´s not important.

Maybe she had no choice, if she wanted to marry Per but sign the contract.
Of course, I am sure that she married Per for him and not for the money ,she seems to be a great person who loves Per a lot, I just mean that maybe this contract wasn´t her idea ” to show Per that she doesn want his money” , but Per´s or his lawyers idea to save Per´s money.
Lot of rich people do it,and usually the rich one wants the contract and not the less rich....
But it´s not against Åsa . She is a lovely woman.
I just think that Per wanted to sign the contract and she thought that it´s ok,but I don´t think that she asked Per to only get 13 millions, because she doesn´t want more....

O.K, but J.Lo and her hubby spent about 1 year together, while Per and Åsa has been a couple since ´84 or something like that.
He said many times that he ´d never have reached as far as he did without Åsa´s help .
That´s why I think she´d get more than the half value of their 2 homes .
Not the half of his money of course,but more that 13 millions.
But as I wrote I am sure that they won´t divorce so this contract is just a piece of paper, nothing more.

I think it was a good idea, because a house and a flat gets more valuable all the time.
If it´s worth 12,6 m now it can be worth 1 million more next year.

Pre-nuptual agreements are NEVER a good idea. It goes to show how little faith one has in their partner. BUT, on the other hand, I’ve seen people marry only for the money and divorce not long after that.

Well, I think that Asa is not with per together because of money. In the beginning time when they were together Per did have not so much money. When my information is right he had finacial problems at that time (1985). He were not anymore very famous at that time. so Per can be sure that Asa really loves him... that´s great for Per....

Per&Åsa’s contract: who knows when it was signed... and who knows what Åsa gets NOW - there are many who get some kind of salary just because..

I agree that it´s great that Eva & Efva wanna share everyting.
It shows that they have no doubt that they are going to spend the whole life together and they absolutely trust in each other.

I understand Per , you can never be too careful..... but they ´ve been a couble in 9 years before they got married, so they had to know each other very well...It´s strange for me that Per didn´t have enough faith in her to marry her without a contract.
But I know , I am too romantic.

It’s ridiculous,first of all,who thinks of a divorce when they aren’t married yet? and second,if they have to give money,it’s like “cuz you’ve been keeping me busy” while you actually choose by yourself if you marry or not :s :O

Anyway, it sounds correct to me. Though I am not a partizan of these contracts, I suppose it’s correct for Asa to gain a half of the two houses, ’cos she contributed a lot at their present shape (I’ve heard she has good sense or “god smak” and she’s talented at interior design). Anyway, the “real” money are made by Per. Of course she supported him, but that’s something that wives (husbands) do...even if they are not rich. You are not showing your support in order to get payed for this later. So...Per has the money, and Asa will have (eventually) a decent part of the whole sum.
But if I were Per, I wouldn’t do a contract (not with Asa). They are not J. Lo and her many boyfriends/husbands...They had an incredible relationship (in length - at least) and I suppose Per will never be able to divorce...And the “just in case” thing annoyces me a lot!
Anyway, please tell me if P and A had the both houses done when they got married.

well most of these stars make such contracts because normally in divorces (in general) both sides try to get as much as possible from the other, “i want the house, i want half the money you have in the account, etc”.. since this is about LARGE sums of money.. and since most of these marriages are just .. temporary (and they know it) they just get this contracts so the “poor” one can’t go and suck on the “rich” one and live from the “rich” star his whole life. I don’t even think such marriage are because of love.. just convenience.
BUT this has nothing to do with the kind of people Per and Åsa are... :)
