Would you pay for advanced dreams...?

If there was a technique that could induce and maintain lucidity in dreams, but it required expensive equipment and time to condition, would you go to a lab/center and pay for it????
The technique would allow you to stay in lucidity for prolonged periods of time (45-60 minutes), whereas naturally induced lucid REM only lasts about 2 minutes....
I know there are people that would pay thousands of dollars to own whatever equipment may be required to prolong lucid dreaming.........
The really awsome thing would be after learning to control lucid dreaming is to have network people’s dreams together...
That would be fuc**** cool in my book ....
If you would ...what would you pay???

Nopes........Dreams are special, just yours, and in every dream is some truth, that has to happen,or that happened.........
I mean,i had dreams that became true, and i had dreams about something that happened,or,about something that makes you scared/happy.......like,if i have nightmares, they’re almost always about spiders, cuz,i’m more then scared of those creepy things,or my family, cuz, that are people i love and don’t wanna loose,if i have beautiful dreams,it’s also about people i love,or something you really want to make to come true, and,if i have weird dreams, they’re “in between” no nightmare, but,no beautiful dream either, but, still,i dream about things/people that exist in my life....
So,every dream is special, and haves a message, don’t waist dreams by making them technologic, please, let a bit of the world natural ;)

Paying for dreams??? And what later, commercials in between them? :D
(In some countries this is the only thing you can do without paying...)

I would rather spend my money on increasing the fun when I am awake. Why spend money on a lab/technology for your dreams if you can use the money to take a vacation or go to a concert or other fun stuff that conscious people do?

What would be really cool is if the technology was devoloped to RECORD your dreams onto a disc or hard drive, for prosperity. Then you can watch them at a later date, study them and stuff. I think dreams are the product of your subconcious, and many times they are a message of what will happen in the future...I want to develop this....make it come true... ;-DD

I´m agree with Shane: I would pay tons of money to wake up in good mood :P Have to wait around 1,5 hours to begin smiling... But now I can smile (it´s almost 10.00)!

lucidity dreams are easy to get...
everytime you dream about something, as soon as you weak up... write the dream you just had down to paper....
do it everytime you have a dream, and think about it when you go to sleep...
after a few weeks, you may be able to have lucid dreams....
it worked for a classmate of mine...
but i don’t like the idea of being lucid while sleeping...
sleeping is meant for your mind to rest, so i let it rest and play its games.

I don’t want to see my dreams when I am awake, its hard enough living thru them when I’m asleep.
Whenever I remember my dreams, they are usually nightmares. Funny how all my insecurities come out from my subconciuos in the form of dreams!
Santi said on June 25, 2003 20:43:
I don’t know if it happens to you, but sometimes I have problems knowing if some things happened in real or I dreamt them. I guess this would make things lot harder for people like me :s

Well,San,you’re not the only one, and, last days i have it so hard :s probably cuz i’m tired ;)

There is a technique - it’s called MELATONIN. It’s a pro-hormone/precursor (meaning that it stimulates your body’s production of Melatonin...) that makes you fall asleep. Sold over here as a natural sleep aid. and it’s considered a drug elsewhere.
Anyway.. take a bit more than you should and you’ll have some FUNNNNNKY dreams!
Santi said on June 26, 2003 07:31:
But Melatonine is used for treating “jet lag” and so on. Also in high latitudes like Lappland for people who can’t sleep due to the fact that there’s light all the 24 hours. I don’t think it has anything to do with the quality of your memories from dreams.
A biologist like the user lennon could explain us better this of melatonine-serotonine.

I’d pay anything to live my dreams, and even more to make them true!
