I have been coming here for years and it’s sad that this site is losing its charm.
I think that it has something to do with certain tdr reporters receiving promo stuff from EMI.
EMI has you now.
Just my personal opnion.
On the side note I have ordered mazarin from FC day one it was available.
Those aren’t even whole songs , I think that would be great promo for the album. But marketing geniuses from EMI know better.

Sure it’s hard to moderate a forum. Why don’t they come up with forum rules and don’t make them as they go along. Who knows maybe starting tomorrow we can’t post messages containing word Roxette cause it’s a registered trademark.
All I say, make up rules , so we know what we shouldn’t post , not just go and delete/edit messages without saying why.

If not for this messageboard alot of people wouldn’t hear alot of songs of their favorite band, cause that was the only way to find them.
It never happened before to delete urls , so why now ? And if you do have good reason , have enough respect for users tell them why. (If I didn’t post anything we wouldn’t know why).
I guess I need to grow up cause asking for some rules is so awful of me.

How I see it, what he does is not wrong... but the way he does it is what makes some people feel bothered about it.

This forum was ALWAYS for the fans... the best thing here was the fact that we could talk about ANYTHING about Roxette, we could share information, help each other, share rare files, etc...
It’s VERY SAD to know that this forum is now on the dirty hands of EMI... It’s sad to see that if I need an mp3 file of a song that I can’t listen in other way (I’m from Brazil, I have no credit card, how could I listen to “Mannen Med Gittarr” for example ? Only with some help from someone here)... I’m shocked !! If it’s the way things are going to be from now on, LET’S find a new forum to talk.
It’s really sad !!! This place was always my fave one !!!

Edit: I don’t have any problems in understanding Thomas, so maybe the problem is that the people around here are most of the times waiting for a reason to flame, attack, or whatever you wanna call it, so they find reasons in any simple sentence to do so, could it be? ;)

EMI is not doing very well and if they have to go ahead and mandate to remove URLS it’s their perogative, they are the record co. For all you know PG himself called EMI and told them to pull the pages. It happened before to me, when I had an FC for a S.American dood. The recorc company sent me an advance, told me to put 30second snips up and three days later were threatening to pull the plug because I had them up. (?!) You either obey or they will find a way to shut you down.
It has nothing to do with Tevensso. He is pretty much protecting TDR. And drop the bullshit with the advance CD. Because needless to say, a good number of people here if they had it would be total pricks about giving songs out. Sit and wait like good little boys and girls and you’ll get the CD.

The biggest EMI has done is the re-release of POP.
How about DVD’s, clothing, a Roxwallet, a new Roxcalendar, Roxback-packs, Roxhats?
It’s hard to support a band that not even their record company likes.

Links to full cd quality cd rips I dont agree with. I have no problem with the moderators deleting those links. The artist will lose money. But snippets etc!? C’mon!
