i showed someone a picture off marie from the RS tour and the person in england said thats marie of roxette isnt in , he said i used to like ’par’ which made me laugh. he thought they split up ages ago. After 1995 alot of people thought they split alot still believe that which im worrying about, if they knew that they where alive and kicking would they buy there albums ?

Considering the Internet didn’t really become “big” until about 5 years ago, it doesn’t surprise me that most people thought they broke up. In countries like the UK and the USA, any promotion for them had disappeared after 1995. Without any radio airplay, people probably just figured they had disappeared. Considering how little promotion Roxette do nowadays, I guess it makes sense that fewer people know that they are still making good music. Some people just depend on the radio to let them know what’s “good” at the moment.
