Problems to login?

I have a problem. I try to login and it says I’m login, but when I try to add comment to news section (thread Här Kommer Alla Känslorna) it says: Not logged in (posting anonymously). But I’m login! I try to send another message but it just says I’m not logged.

I´m everytime logg in, and I have forgott to change my password, and now I would make this, but I don´t remember me the old password, and I can´t change my password.
If I logg out, how long time need it to received the new password? And if anything goes wrong, then I´m logg out forever. :-(
My question is: If I try it and it goes anything wrong, can I then anybody mail for help?

They send you the old password to your e-mail address if you ask it for :O I recently did.
