I THINK It was also released (by Stromdedt) but I don’t know if after per released it or before.
if it was after, per’s version wouldn’t be “a cover” if that’s what you meant.

Sure, he sang “Den Öde Stranden” (John Holm) and “Farväl Angelina” (Bob Dylan) in his Swedish solo albums. He also released “I wanna be your boyfriend” and “Sheena is a punkrocker” (The Ramones).
Then with Gyllene Tider he sings “Tylö Sun” (California Sun by The Rivieras) and “Marie I Växeln” (Switchboard Susan by Nick Lowe), and also “Gyllene Tider För Rock ’n’ Roll”, “Vill Ha Ett Svar” (I need to know by Tom Petty), “Och Jorden den är Rund” (And your bird can sing by The Beatles) and “Ge mej inte det där” (by The Beach Boys).
And I suppose lots more... but at least these ones are released officially.
